We have 100% natural meat with absolutely no hormones, antibiotics or other stimulants used in the production.  Our beef is bred, calved, raised, and finished on our ranch. All beef is grass fed on local grass pasture. Highland beef is ideally suited for today’s demands of lean, premium and sustainable meat.  They have a naturally leaner meat than most other breeds.  We treat our animals with respect and honor what they give to us.  All products are processed at a USDA certified, family owned business in Romeo, CO.
