Our hogs are raised in Salida, CO with a commitment to animal welfare, always antibiotic and hormone free. Processed at a local, family-run custom butcher, in Westcliffe, CO, these premium cuts embody the rich flavors of responsibly raised pork. 

No hormones, no steroids. USDA Inspected. Dry-aged 10-18 days.

$150 down deposit - $5.50/lb hanging weight + processing.
An estimated average cost of a half-hog is $575 and will yield approximately 75 lbs. of packaged freezer pork. Processing fee is around $210.

Once the deposit is paid we will contact you and let you know when the meat will be ready. On the day of pick-up or delivery, within Chaffee County, check or cash will be accepted to pay the remainder owed depending on the weight of the hog. Credit card will be charged a 3% transaction fee.
