$250 down deposit - $5.50/lb hanging weight + processing. A ½ cow varies from 200-250lbs hanging weight.
On the day of pick-up, check or cash will be accepted to pay the remainder owed depending on the weight of the cow. Credit card will be charged a 3% transaction fee.
