No hormones, no steroids. USDA Inspected. Dry-aged 10-18 days.
DELIVERY IN CHAFFEE COUNTY, CAÑON CITY, OR DENVER (& SURROUNDING)
$250 down deposit - $5/lb hanging weight + processing. A ½ cow varies from 200-250lbs hanging weight.
Once the deposit is paid we will contact you and let you know when the meat will be ready. On the day of pick-up or delivery, within Chaffee County, check or cash will be accepted to pay the remainder owed depending on the weight of the cow. Credit card will be charged a 3% transaction fee.
